Information Management

• The Suite is built to provide modules to help/accelerate the development of the more ”intelligent” automation functions, so much focus for the modules is to manage the information:
• Storing, editing, viewing, transfer and convert information in different ways and formats, in much easier way for developer to work with.
• The Suite uses XML in many of its functions, both customized and standard XML structures is/can be used.
• The Suite has features to make the information available to other systems/modules via Windows Communication Foundation, FTP, and many other protocols.

Alarm Management

• Built to extend the today existing alarm functions with new features and still use the standard Wonderware alarm system
• Features like:
  • Advance alarm filtering
  • Looping alarms (possibility to open defined window for selected alarm)
  • Possible to use/change User defined fields and Event priority fields
  • Log events/alarms to different databases (Alarm DB Logger as Object)
  • Alarm reduction, (show only important alarm in a view but have all alarm/events if needed)
  • Integration to the UReason alarm engine

Communication / Integration

• The Suite includes features for both wired and wireless communication that enables advanced functions to be implemented in a easy way.
• Features like:
  • Use/import late/remote data with possibilities to replay it through Application Server ”buffered data” feature
  • Connect to devices anywhare using GPRS (like Modbus over GPRS)
  • Wireless modules (GSM SMS Text messaging, remote access...)
  • FTP object
